What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are generally 3-5 working days, 7 working days for the islands. Times may vary for some areas of Italy, they are calculated from the date of delivery of the goods to the courier. In any case, we recommend following the tracking number of the shipment on the courier's website.

How do I track my shipment?

Once the order has been shipped, the day after the package leaves, an email containing a tracking link will be sent, so you can follow the shipment and have information about the delivery date.

You can check the name of the courier and the tracking number from your personal area.

How many packages do I receive if I order multiple products?

All purchased products are sent together, in a single shipment. Each product is packaged in its own packaging. If you purchase a Topper or a Mattress together with one or more pillows, you will receive a single package, in which you will find everything.

How will my order be delivered to me?

All products are delivered folded and/or rolled vacuum-packed, inside a box, to facilitate transport.

Mattresses with sizes (from 80×190 to 90×200) the dimensions of the box are approximately 90x33x33cm

For mattresses with sizes (from 120×190 to 180×200) the dimensions of the box are approximately 110x38x38cm.

The Toppers 60x40x40cm approximately

The vacuum-packed rolled pillows come in a package measuring approximately 40x13x13cm.

Where does delivery take place?

Delivery takes place at street level.

Is it possible to change the delivery address?

It is not possible to change the delivery address after shipment.

Is it possible to change and agree on the delivery date and time?

Yes, it is possible by contacting the courier directly, any modification agreements exclude Az Materassi from any responsibility.

What should I do if the courier delivers an open or unconditioned package?

You must refuse delivery.

How long can I leave the product in its original packaging?

The product must be opened within 20/30 days from the delivery date.

How long after opening can I use the product?

It is recommended to wait approximately 12 hours after opening the vacuum, for optimal recovery.

I notice a different product than what I expected, what should I do?

It is recommended to use the product for at least 20 days, so that the body can get used to it.

Do the products have a warranty?

The product warranty is 24 months, valid from the date of delivery of the goods.
